On 25 June, Ekonsortium and the Chamber of Italian-Serbian Businesspeople brought together representatives of companies, institutions and the professional community at the Saint Ten Hotel in Belgrade for an expert workshop on the management and transport of industrial waste in line with European standards.

KISP, together with the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and Ekonsortium, with support from the Enterprise Europe Network, invites members to a workshop on industrial symbiosis and circular economy.

At the Serbia-Italy Business Forum held on 31 January 2025, the main round-table topics were circular economy, energy transition and industrial innovation. The round table on circular economy attracted strong attendance.

On 31 January, Belgrade hosted the Business Forum as part of Italy's development diplomacy strategy, attended by more than 500 Italian and Serbian entrepreneurs.

On 7 November 2024, the Italian Embassy in Belgrade hosted the official presentation of Ekonsortium — an association of Italian and Serbian manufacturing companies operating in Serbia, aimed at launching circular economy processes through a new approach to industrial waste management.
